Hi, I am V Neeraj Kumar. Executive Coach, Trainer, Psychologist and a speaker. With over 30 years professional experience – I have helped over 150,000 people from various walks of life to build their personal brand. I have had the opportunity to conduct over 1400+ training programs while adding value to over 100+ clients across the world.

I hail from a small village in North Karnataka, I started my schooling from 4th standard as we did not have a school back then in our village. I could not speak a sentence in English till my 3rd year of Engineering.

I became passionate about helping people when I was able to turn around my life and found that many people like me need help. It was not easy to face rejection and humiliation just because I could not speak English. Added to this I lacked exposure, but thanks to the behavioral technology, I was able to overcome all my challenges.

I realized that mere motivation does not produce lasting results. It is like fizz in the soda bottle. That’s when I discovered behavioral technologies such as Applied NLP, Silva Mind Control Method, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Bach Flower Therapy, etc., which produce both immediate and sustainable results. I was clear in mind, if training does not produce results, then it is a waste of time and money for a learner. I had to be convinced myself first that the technology must produce immediate and sustainable results.

I had to be innovative and include adult learning principles because adults learn by doing and not by listening. The content must be engaging, entertaining, and experiential. That’s when I developed all my training programs by combining education and entertainment. I call this Edutainment approach. I have had the opportunity to train tens and thousands of people from all walks of life including CEOs, Bureaucrats, MPs, MLAs, Doctors, Lawyers, Entrepreneurs, Senior Management Professionals from various fortune 500 companies, students, and homemakers.

My hobbies include Hypnotism, Handwriting analysis, and Numerology. I have also appeared on many TV shows and print media in the area of self-development.
